In just over four years in the business, Caleb has closed 75 transactions and more than $10 million in sales, building deep market knowledge spanning residential homes, luxury estates, lakefront properties, and commercial investments across the Ozarks region. A natural leader, Caleb is called to grow a team — mentoring and bringing on new agents who share his client-first philosophy so Eleos Realty can serve even more families across Southwest Missouri. He holds a degree from Missouri State University and is an active member of the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS®.

Lindsey Fearing is the founder of Clear Contract to Close and serves as Eleos Realty's Transaction Coordinator. She keeps every transaction running smoothly from contract to closing, managing timelines, paperwork, inspections, and communication between all parties to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach give clients peace of mind throughout the entire buying or selling process.
